The Arizona High School Helmet Project is a website of an on-line guide of all the high schools’ helmets in the Grand Canyon State. Currently, there are 257 schools but not all of them have football programs. So there will be modifications as time progresses. This site is not associated with any of the schools and organizations mentioned on the site. It’s non-profit and it’s a hobby for me and people like you. Thanks for visiting and enjoy the site!

5A-I Class

Changes for 2009 and onwards..

Welcome back. I made changes to the Project’s website. Biggest change is the realignment of conferences and regions, starting in the fall of 2009. 5A-II Class will be merged into 5A-I Class, which it will be 5A Class. 4A-I and 4A-II are unchanged, even though some schools changed conferences and regions, as designated by the Arizona Interscholastic Association.

I added more information to schools in the region pages. They are establishment years, city/town for the location of the school, school colors, and website links. Not all schools have all the information. I also added links on the helmets for better navigation on the site.
